Cleaning Services
As a rule, pricing for commerical cleaning is based on your cleanable square footage. We charge roughly $0.05 per square foot of the area our customers expect us to give a basic clean. If you are a company with a smaller office area and would like to be serviced regularly, we often will negotiate a fixed price for monthly services based on your specific needs. For example, if you would like daily services of trash removal, watering of plants and basic vacuuming (5 days a week) we charge a flat $600.00 for the month, or for 1-2 days each week we charge $120-$250 for the month.
Our general commercial cleaning services include but are not limited to the following:
- Vacuuming of office floors
- sweeping/mopping of hard flooring
- Emptying of trash bins
- Window Cleaning (accessible windows)
- Watering of indoor plants
- bathroom service
- dusting of office furniture
At present, we are not currently accepting health care facility contracts as it requires specialized waste disposal training.
