Cleaning Services
To those of you seeking a good home cleaning we offer what we consider a package deal. For a flat rate, based on the square footage of your home, we will:
- vacuum carpeting
- sweep/mop hardwood floors
- surface clean your bathrooms
- clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces
- dust wood furniture
- clean living area windows (those readily accessible)
For an 800-1600 square foot house we charge $40.00. This clean usually takes us up to 2 hours so be sure to set aside enough time for us to work in your home.
For a 1600-2000 square foot house we charge $60.00, you should expect for us to stay up to 3 hours in your home.
If you have a home that is larger or smaller than those quoted above, give us a call at (423)330-1531 so we can set up a price most appropriate for your size.
General Policies:
We are stringent about running the names of our residential customer's through the sex offender registry and public criminal record checks. We reserve the right to unconditionally refuse the business of anyone who is a registered sex or violent offender without explanation.
Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who makes advances, is inappropriate or intimidating to our employees or is otherwise aggressive. If we have declined to service a customer after they have made a payment for that service, we will of course issue them a complete refund.
We ultimately seek a safe and productive work environment in every home, for both our staff and for our customers.
At the time of service, we will present the homeowner with a contract that we ask to be signed. If you would like to view and fill out this contract before we arrive, you may do so here.

Visit Squareup.com!There are a variety of ways you can pay for your services. You may pay by cash, check, money order or credit card at the time of service.
Our credit card swipe provider is Square. You can find out more about their "ironclad security" by visiting their website featured to the right.
You may also pay online via Paypal which we have set up for you below, or call us to be set up for invoice by email if you foresee yourself being a regular customer, which we certainly hope you do!
